Our Terms:  We only accept payment through PayPal. It’s safe, convenient, and allows you to pay using credit cards, debit cards, cash, and other options. We never have or see your credit card number. It gives you ultimate privacy and security.

Our Policy:  Our goal is to see that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Boxes By Neal,  please follow our Return Policy guidelines detailed below to return your item.                    

Shipping:  We normally ship via First Class US Postage.   The shipping charges on the shopping cart reflect those rates.   If you would like is to expedite your shipping via another method, there will be an up-charge to reflect the difference.

Return Policy: Please notify us immediately if something is wrong with your item or if you or not completely satisfied with your purchase.   Return your purchase within 7 days in the original packaging.   You will be responsible for the return postage. The item must be in its original condition.  We will gladly issue a refund for the item, less shipping charges, after receiving it.
